Synopsis For High Island To Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 Nm A weak cold front is expected to push off the coast later this morning causing winds to turn to the northeast and increase slightly. The forecast for the end of the week remains uncertain but it still looks like there is the possibility of a stronger cold front pushing off the coast Friday. Stronger northeast winds and slightly higher seas could be the result headed into the weekend.
