Low pressure will develop just off the mid Atlantic coast this afternoon...and intensify offshore tonight and Wednesday. High pressure will build into the Midwest on Tuesday...and will eventually move east into the mid Atlantic region by late Wednesday. Another cold front will push through the area late Thursday...with below normal temperatures persisting through at least the end of the week.
